The 2015 North Island 1,600

47 riders checked in for the 2015 ride which started from Turangi at 1:00pm on Saturday 10 October. The weather forecast for the weekend looked promising and everybody was keen to get started!
42 completed the ride.

The Route

A nice wee amalgamation of straights and curlies with the The Para's, Fordell-Hunterville, H22 (though most opted to go up the Western side of the Waikato River from Huntly, the Coro Loop (always a treat), Pyes Pa Rd, with the Ohura Loop to finish.

And we're off! Turangi start, and arrivals at the Upokongaro checkpoint.
