Who are we?
The Distance Riders are bikers who love long rides and riding with like-minded people.
Some of us have completed other organised long ride events in New Zealand, such as the:
We believe in safe riding and looking out for each other's well being.
We are a not-for-profit, fully volunteer run organisation. All funds received are invested in our events or, in the case of the annual 1KC rides, provided to Muscular Dystrophy New Zealand (registered charity).

Our organising team is a fully volunteer group of experienced distance riders focused on getting our scheduled events underway and completed safely.
