COVID-19 Contact Tracing - Presence registration
2020 sees us holding the NZDR event during a COVID-19 alert level. Contact Tracing is required for all gatherings, and since our event is of a significant size, we are requiring all participants to register their movements at the event.
This form has been kept short and simple, it will not take you long to complete this. - THANK YOU!
- Upon entry to the grounds there will be a STOP! - COVID sign, showing a QR Code which will link you through to this page. We need everyone to register their arrival at the grounds please.
- Each time you enter the camp grounds we would like you to register your presence.
- Entry to the hall will be generally restricted, with the Hall opening up only for our individual ride briefings, for breakfast and for food when you arrive back at the end of your ride.
- Each time you enter the Hall, (once for each of the sessions you attend) we want you to register your presence please.

Privacy Policy - COVID-19 form
Privacy policy relating to this data capture:
- Data relating to those who access the NZDR held event will be kept strictly private and not disclosed without due and reasonable cause.
- Data is being captured for the purpose of NZDR's compliance with NZ Govt’s COVID-19 restrictions and requirements for event operation.
- As such, and within this, there is an expectation that data can and will be shared with public health units as required.
- Data will be stored for at least two months, but for no more than 4 months.
